How to Rent Equipment
Our goal is to minimize the time it takes to process your order. In just minutes we can process orders for new or existing clients.
Our Online Quoting system allows you to create a custom quote that details all charges associated with your order. In just minutes you can print a customized quote that can be used for bidding your job or project.
Minimum rate - Varies from 4 hours to 1 day, depending on type of equipment
All delivered equipment will be charged a minimum of 1-day rate
1 Day = equipment due back by or called off by 8 a.m. next day
1 Week = 7 consecutive days
1 Month = 4 consecutive weeks (28 days)
Delivered equipment will not be picked up until called off by customer
Equipment with an hour meter are allowed 8 hours per day. Additional hours will result in an additional day’s charge
No Account - No Problem
All that is required is positive identification and guaranteed method of payment. New clients can be set up over the phone or in person in a matter of minutes. We accept credit cards, checks, and cash.
Charge (Net 30) Accounts
Charge accounts are typically only approved for clients that anticipate annual rental expenditures in excess of $2000 annually. Equipment Rental Cancellation Policy
Providing flexibility to our clients is a top priority. Because of this, we maintain a No-Cost Cancellation Policy.
If you have a job that gets canceled or re-scheduled, we will be happy to change the delivery/pickup date or cancel the contract at no charge to you.
Keep in mind, however, that any incurred expenses associated with the lost rental will be charged to the client. These expenses could include transportation, lost rental due to item being held for you, preparation/set-up charges, etc.
Each cancellation is handled on an individual basis. Please be assured that you will be treated fairly and with great respect.
